Local meats, produce, and seafood are featured in almost all of our offerings and locally distilled spirits are featured in our house cocktails. "Eating this hot, hefty Reuben is a messy proposition because, like most menu items at this downtown pool hall, portions are gi-normous. A mountain of shaved corned beef brisket is paired with just the right proportions of zingy kraut, stringy melted swiss cheese and homemade Thousand Island dressing on perfectly grilled slices of light rye. When you pick it up it gets all over your hands, but that's part of the sensory experience.

Burnside Melt:

Potato wheels with red onion, jalapeño-cream cheese and melted jack cheese. Served with salsa and sour cream. 7

Chilled Prawn Cocktail:

6 to 7 shrimp cooked in Rialto’s own blend of spices zesty cocktail sauce. 8 Calamari: Lightly battered rings of Pacific Ocean squid. Served with a roasted red pepper aioli. 7

Ahi dusted with Cajun spices, panseared rare and thinly sliced. Served with sriracha and wasabi aioli. 9.5

Beet Salad:

Locally sourced field greens tossed with a Black Butte Porter hazelnut vinaigrette, red and golden beets, grilled chicken breast , chevre crumbles and crispy fried onions. 13

The Cobb:

Fresh butter lettuce, grilled chicken breast, hard-boiled egg, bacon, Bleu cheese crumbles and red onion. Served with Bleu cheese dressing on the side. 12

Burgers

Half pound ground chuck patty served on a brioche bun. Choice of fries, coleslaw, potato salad, tossed green salad or soup. Add bacon 1.5

Rialto Cheese Burger:

Melted cheddar cheese, mustard, mayo, ketchup, red onion, lettuce, tomato and pickles on a brioche bun. 11 (Garden Burger 10)

Morrison Burger:

Sweet BBQ sauce ,mayo, red onion, lettuce, tomato, bacon and melted cheddar. 11

Shaved ribeye steak, bacon, sliced jalapenos, and caramelized onions. Topped with melted pepper jack cheese. 12

Panko breaded farmed Tilapia, hard salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, mayo and cabbage salad on a grilled hoagie. 11

Philly Cheese steak:

Choice grade beef steak sliced thin and topped with sautéed onion, smothered with American cheese sauce and layered on an 8” Philadelphia hoagie. 11

The Famous Rialto Reuben:

Mounds of corned beef with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese between two slices of dark rye. Dressed with thousand island dressing. 11 Veggie Reuben: Tomato, onion, spinach, mushroom, sauerkraut, avocado and melted Swiss on rye with thousand island dressing. 10
